①螺杆(gǎn)泵裝配(pèi)前用煤(méi)油或者(zhě)汽油清(qing)洗全部(bu)零件，去(qu)掉氧化(hua)皮和型(xíng)砂。(1) with kerosene or gasoline cleaning all parts before assembly, remove scale and sand.

②将軸(zhou)承裝在(zai)主動螺(luó)杆上，并(bìng)用圓螺(luo)母鎖緊(jin)。(2) the bearing is installed on the active screw, with a round nut lock.

③将卸壓(yā)套裝在(zài)軸承體(ti)内，再穿(chuan)入主動(dong)螺杆。

(3) the unloading suits in the bearing, and then through the active screw.

④将(jiāng)泵套裝(zhuāng)入泵體(ti)中。(4) the pump set into the pump body.

⑤将軸(zhou)承體、卸(xie)壓套、主(zhu)動、從動(dong)螺杆一(yī)起裝入(rù)泵套與(yǔ)泵體📱中(zhong)。

(5) the bearing body, unloading, driving and driven screw together into the pump set and pump body.

⑥将主動(dong)襯套、從(cong)杆襯套(tào)、止推墊(nian)裝入泵(beng)套與主(zhǔ)、從螺杆(gan)上。
