　　高粘(zhān)度泵是容(rong)積式内齧(niè)合齒輪泵(bèng)，主動齒輪(lun)（外轉子）帶(dai)動被動齒(chi)輪（内轉子(zi)）旋轉時，不(bu)斷産生封(feng)閉的空間(jiān)，在吸油區(qu)齒輪逐漸(jian)脫離齧合(hé)而液體不(bú)斷地充滿(mǎn)齒間😍并被(bei)帶到出油(yóu)區，齒輪在(zài)出油區進(jìn)入齧合時(shi)液🌂體被排(pái)出。兩個旋(xuan)轉齒輪的(de)共同作用(yong)，形成一個(ge)穩定的體(tǐ)積排量，沒(mei)🐪有脈動。由(you)于泵是完(wan)全對稱的(de)，泵可以反(fǎn)轉，液流方(fang)向也随之(zhī)改變。但應(ying)注意，泵的(de)轉向可能(néng)受到密封(fēng)或泵内其(qí)它結構的(de)限制，用戶(hù)有反轉要(yao)求時應在(zai)訂貨時做(zuo)出說明。　　

●高(gao)粘度泵優(yōu)點：

　　轉子泵(beng)的軸向位(wei)置可調，不(bu)需要拆泵(bèng)。

　　不同的使(shǐ)用條件，泵(beng)的結構形(xing)式可能不(bú)同，具體應(ying)用請向廠(chang)🈲家或本公(gong)司客戶代(dai)表咨詢。需(xu)要指出的(de)是泵的轉(zhuǎn)🔴速愈🛀高，泵(beng)的磨損愈(yu)嚴重，液體(tǐ)中如含有(yǒu)磨料物質(zhi)，泵的🈚材料(liào)應選用耐(nai)磨材質，在(zài)此種工況(kuàng)🔞下，泵的壓(yā)👅力和轉速(su)都應降低(dī)，高溫條件(jiàn)下，則應增(zēng)加泵的間(jian)隙，并采用(yòng)耐熱☎️材料(liào) 。

　　流動穩定(dìng)：流量與齒(chi)輪轉速成(chéng)正比，與壓(ya)力無關

　　流(liu)動平穩：沒(mei)有脈動和(he)壓力波峰(fēng)，不會産生(sheng)管道顫動(dong)。

　　多功能性(xing)：僅僅通過(guò)調整轉子(zǐ)軸的位置(zhì)，同一台泵(beng)既可以出(chū)來稀釋溶(róng)液又可以(yǐ)出來瀝青(qīng)，糖漿，樹脂(zhī)，聚合物等(deng)高粘度液(yè)體。

　　堅(jiān)固的重載(zǎi)結構：低轉(zhuan)速。特大球(qiu)軸承的外(wài)部軸承座(zuo)可🔴以承受(shòu)軸向和徑(jing)向負載。

　　磨(mó)損率低：由(you)于主動輪(lún)和從動齒(chi)輪不成倍(bei)數關系🐇。這(zhe)就意味着(zhe)⭕磨損可以(yǐ)被均勻的(de)分散在每(měi)個齒輪上(shàng)。因為一㊙️個(gè)齒輪上💚的(de)每一個齒(chi)輪接觸另(lìng)一個齒輪(lún)上的每一(yī)個齒輪的(de)次數一樣(yàng)。

　　1, select the work pressure

　　高粘(zhan)度泵額定(ding)的壓力是(shì)指泵連續(xù)工作時的(de)最高許用(yong)壓力，而其(qí)工作壓力(li)則決定于(yu)外部負載(zǎi)，安裝🏒和調(diào)試的壽命(ming)與其工作(zuo)壓力直接(jie)相關。對于(yu)不頻繁工(gōng)作的齒輪(lún)泵，其工作(zuò)壓力可取(qu)為泵的額(e)定壓力，考(kao)慮到産品(pǐn)質量不同(tong)，最好将額(e)定壓力降(jiàng)低20%～30%使用。對(dui)于經常工(gong)作于較高(gāo)壓力下的(de)齒輪泵，其(qi)工作壓力(li)應比泵的(de)額定壓力(li)低1～2個壓力(li)級。石油化(huà)工設備常(chang)常是24小時(shí)連續運轉(zhuǎn)，這時泵的(de)工作壓力(li)應該取得(dé)比額定壓(ya)力低得多(duō)，且工作轉(zhuan)速也應該(gāi)低于額定(dìng)轉速。如果(guǒ)高粘度齒(chǐ)輪泵的工(gong)作壓力調(diao)整過高，則(zé)會使齒輪(lun)泵在超負(fù)荷下運行(háng)。High viscosity pump rated pressure refers to the maximum allowable pump continuous work pressure, and its working pressure is determined by the external load, installation and commissioning of life is directly related with work pressure.For not frequent work gear pump, the working pressure is desirable for the rated pressure of the pump, taking the quality into consideration, it is best to used pressure rated lower 20% ~ 30%.For often work under high pressure gear pump, the working pressure shall be lower than the rated pressure of the pump 1 ~ 2 pressure level.Petrochemical equipment are often 24 hours of continuous operation, and at this time of the pump working pressure should be obtained was much lower than the rated pressure, and the work speed should be lower than the rated speed.If the high viscosity gear pump high pressure adjustment, will make the pump running under overload.

●NYP高粘度泵(bèng)的安裝與(yǔ)試運轉

　　Installation and commissioning

　　高(gāo)粘度泵的(de)支座或法(fǎ)蘭與其驅(qu)動電機應(yīng)采用共同(tóng)☎️的安裝🔞基(ji)礎，基礎、法(fa)蘭或支座(zuò)均需具有(you)足夠的剛(gāng)度，以減小(xiao)齒輪泵運(yùn)轉時産生(shēng)的振動和(he)噪聲。電動(dòng)機與齒輪(lún)泵須用彈(dan)性聯軸器(qì)連接，同軸(zhou)度小于0.1毫(hao)米，傾斜角(jiao)不得大于(yu)1度。安裝聯(lián)軸器時不(bú)得用錘敲(qiāo)打，以免傷(shang)害齒輪泵(beng)的齒輪等(děng)零件。若用(yòng)帶輪、鍊輪(lún)等驅動時(shí)應設托架(jià)支承，以防(fang)主動齒輪(lun)軸承受徑(jìng)向力。緊固(gu)齒輪泵、電(dian)動機的地(dì)腳螺釘時(shi)，螺釘受力(li)應均勻，連(lian)接可靠。用(yong)手轉動聯(lián)軸器時，應(ying)感覺到齒(chi)輪泵能夠(gòu)輕松地轉(zhuǎn)動，沒有卡(ka)緊等異常(chang)現象出現(xian)，然後才🏃可(ke)以配管。高(gao)粘度齒輪(lún)泵的吸油(yóu)管道内徑(jing)應足夠大(da)，并避免狹(xiá)窄通道或(huò)急劇拐彎(wan)、彎🎯頭，去除(chú)不必要的(de)閥門、附件(jian)，盡可能地(dì)降低泵⭐的(de)安裝高度(du)，縮短吸油(yóu)管道的長(zhang)度，以減少(shao)壓力損失(shi)。管接頭✉️等(deng)元件的密(mi)封要良好(hǎo)，以防止空(kōng)氣侵入，從(cong)而♍控制氣(qì)穴與氣蝕(shi)的發生。在(zài)開始運轉(zhuan)前，往齒輪(lún)泵的殼體(ti)内灌滿待(dai)輸送的液(ye)體，便于安(an)全動。若環(huan)境⁉️溫度低(di)于冰點，應(yīng)預先向泵(beng)内通入熱(re)蒸汽，進行(hang)預熱處理(lǐ)，然⁉️後才可(ke)啟動齒輪(lun)泵。齒輪泵(bèng)的旋轉方(fāng)向要與進(jìn)、出油口相(xiàng)符。齒輪泵(beng)若是第一(yi)次運行，或(huò)長期閑置(zhi)後再使用(yong)，最好在空(kong)🏃🏻‍♂️載或小負(fu)荷情況下(xià)先跑合一(yi)小時左右(yòu)。如果在跑(pao)合階段預(yù)先覺出異(yì)常溫升、洩(xiè)漏、振動和(he)噪聲時，應(yīng)機檢查。高(gāo)粘度泵的(de)出口管路(lu)上還應當(dāng)設置安全(quán)⭐閥等保護(hù)裝置，這樣(yàng)一旦泵的(de)出口通道(dào)發生堵塞(sāi)，就可以打(da)開安全閥(fa)卸壓。對于(yu)需要正反(fǎn)轉的高粘(zhān)度齒輪泵(bèng)，其進出口(kǒu)管路上均(jun1)需設置安(an)全閥。High viscosity pump bearing or flange and its drive motor should use common installation basis, foundation, flange or support all needs to have enough rigidity, to reduce the vibration of gear pump is running and noise.Motor and gear pump with elastic shaft coupling, coaxial degree is less than 0.1 mm, Angle shall not be greater than 1 degree.When installing coupling hammer shall not be used, in order to avoid damage gear and other parts of the gear pump.If use the belt wheel, wheel, etc, shall set bracket support, in case of driving gear bearing by the radial force.Ground screw fastening gear pump, motor, screw force should be uniform, reliable connection.Turn the coupling with the hand, should feel can easily turn the gear pump, no abnormal phenomenon such as clamping, then can be piping.High viscosity gear pump oil suction pipe diameter should be large enough, and to avoid the narrow channel, or a sharp bend, bend, remove unnecessary valves, fittings, as much as possible to reduce the installation height of pump, shorten the length of the oil suction pipe, in order to reduce the pressure loss.Components, such as pipe joint sealed well, in order to prevent the air intrusion, thus control air-pocket and the occurrence of cavitation.Before starting operation, to gear pump casing filled with liquid, easy to safety.If the environment temperature is below freezing, should advance to pump into the hot steam, preheating treatment, and then to start the pump.Direction of rotation of the gear pump, oil outlet in accord.Gear pump is the first run, or long-term idle before using, had better under the condition of no load or small load to run one hour or so.If in the running-in stage in advance the abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise, should machine inspection.High viscosity of the pump outlet pipe also shall set up relief valve or other protective device on the road, so that once the clogging pump export channels, can open the relief valve pressure relief.For high viscosity gear pump need positive &negative, import and export all needs to set up the line safety valve.
