●高(gao)粘度泵使用時注(zhu)意事項Matters needing attention when using high viscosity pump

　　進、出口管(guǎn)路的管徑必須和(he)泵保持一緻；The diameters of inlet and outlet piping must be consistent with pump;

　　設計(ji)管路時應盡量減(jiǎn)少彎頭，且彎頭角(jiao)度不宜過小，進🤩口(kou)🔅管線不宜過長，以(yi)免影響自吸。

　　啟動(dòng)前每個注油杯都(dou)應家潤滑油，且保(bǎo)證每天加🐅油一次(ci)。

　　泵在工作前應該(gāi)點動啟動電機，觀(guān)察轉向是否和規(gui)定轉向一緻。

　　開機(jī)後觀察運轉是否(fǒu)正常，如有不正常(chang)噪音、特殊振動或(huo)溫升過高等情況(kuàng)，應停機檢查。

　　注意(yì)皮帶松緊是否恰(qia)當，每半年調整一(yi)次。　

●高粘度泵工作(zuo)原理：

　　高粘度泵是(shi)容積式内齧合齒(chǐ)輪泵，主動齒輪（外(wai)轉子）帶動被動齒(chi)輪（内轉子）旋轉時(shi)，不斷産🚩生封閉的(de)空間，在吸油區齒(chǐ)輪逐漸脫離齧合(hé)而液🎯體不斷地充(chong)滿齒間并被帶到(dao)出油區，齒輪在出(chu)油區進入齧合時(shi)液體被排出。兩個(gè)旋轉齒輪的共同(tóng)作用，形成一個穩(wen)定的體積排量，沒(mei)有脈動。由于泵是(shi)完全🈲對稱的，泵可(ke)😘以反轉，液流方向(xiang)也随之㊙️改變。但應(ying)注意，泵的轉向可(ke)能受到密封或泵(beng)内其它結構的限(xiàn)制，用戶有反🚶轉要(yao)求時應在訂貨時(shi)做出說明。　　●NYP高粘度(du)泵的起動

　　泵在起(qǐ)動過程中應特别(bié)注意以下幾個問(wen)題：

　　起動前要檢查(cha)下列内容：

　　檢查泵(bèng)、齒輪箱和電機的(de)對中程度；

　　檢查過(guò)濾器中有沒有焊(hàn)皮和金屬渣；

　　檢查(chá)各連接部位連接(jiē)是否緊固；

　　檢查管(guǎn)路壓在泵上的力(li)和力矩是否超過(guò)給定的數🚶‍♀️值，如果(guo)溫度較高，還應檢(jiǎn)查管路是否有膨(peng)脹節；

　　檢查電氣連(lián)接的正确性及電(dian)機的額定值，并檢(jiǎn)查電💃🏻機轉🥵動方✉️向(xiàng)是否正确；

　　檢查泵(beng)的轉動方向是否(fou)正确；

　　如有安全閥(fá)，安全閥安裝必須(xu)正确，

　　檢查泵軸是(shì)否轉動靈活；

　　泵的(de)内部不能是幹的(de)，特别是需要自吸(xi)的時候，應向📐泵内(nei)灌注一些油或輸(shu)送的液體；

　　泵組裝(zhuāng)時在零件的表面(mian)有防護液，如果這(zhè)種液體不能和泵(bèng)送液體相容，則必(bi)須清洗；

　　最好在管(guan)路上安裝壓力表(biǎo)和真空表，方便觀(guan)察泵的🈚工作狀态(tài)；

　　檢查機械密封箱(xiāng)是否注滿液體；

　　檢(jian)查管路的閥門是(shi)否打開；

　　如果用内(nèi)燃機驅動，請在起(qǐ)動發動機前保持(chí)離合器脫開；

　　泵起(qi)動後，檢查液體是(shi)否進入到泵中，泵(bèng)是否工作🥰正常⭕，如(ru)🍓果♈長時間無液體(ti)進入泵中，應停機(jī)檢查泵📞及管路。

●高(gao)粘度齒輪泵并不(bú)能産生壓力，它隻(zhi)是輸出流量。壓力(lì)低或無壓🚶力，說明(ming)🌂高粘🍓度齒 輪泵沒(méi)有吸入液體或洩(xiè)漏嚴重。High viscosity gear pump does not generate pressure, it is only the output flow.Pressure is low or no pressure, high viscosity gear wheel pump don't inhale the liquid or leakage is serious.
